Our team provides leadership training that allows participants to explore and expand their inner leadership traits as an individual, in group settings, and within the overall school community. Areas covered include: Roles, Critical Thinking and Analysis, Effective and Empowered Communication, and Informed Advocacy.
Our leadership training can be for parents who strive to become leaders or for those serving in existing leadership roles in school or program committees. Leadership training programs are provided through a minimum of 10, two-hour sessions, but can also be delivered in a biweekly, year-round format.
Presenters use hands-on and team-building activities, scenario-based approaches, self-discovery, storytelling, and individual group presentations to allow for fun, informed, and engaging participation. Participants utilize their background knowledge, existing leadership qualities, and individual and group skill-sets to approach training in a way that is solutions-based and focused on positive and lasting outcomes.
